Audioworks Business Manager
Eric has been a leader in developing and expanding the audiobook world for nearly a decade. First focusing on bringing Findaway’s Playaway division directly into schools and then overseeing new digital partnerships, where he expanded Findaway’s distribution network from 20 to over 40 platforms.
He believes wholeheartedly in the power of stories and that audiobooks are the perfect vector to share these stories with the world. Now, he is dedicated on bringing publishers and authors the best audiobook production experience in the industry.
Except for his time in Mauritania with the Peace Corps, Eric has been a resident and champion of the Cleveland area entire life. In his free time, you might catch him running (while listening to audiobooks of course), cheering for local sports teams, or playing Dungeons & Dragons. But, more than anything he just cherishes time with his wife and son.
Audioworks Operations Manager (Head of Digital Operations)
With a love of reading and a passion for music and the spoken word, Audiobooks was an instant fit for Tanie.
In 2016, Tanie had the opportunity to act as co-founder of Findaway Voices, a self-service audiobook production experience. The experience of help others produce their stories was formative, and left him with one key takeaway... crafting a fantastic audiobook takes a lot of heart (and time!)
Today, he's been building out the team of producers, QA, and engineers that power Audioworks with a singular goal in mind: Make it easy for any content creator to see their story crafted in high-quality audio by the best possible talent.
Rinn has had a love affair with books since childhood. Much to the chagrin of her parents, she was known to try and evade homework by lurking in the shelves of her local library, her face buried in a book.
Somehow the homework got done, and Rinn was offered a full-ride scholarship to the University of Melbourne in Australia. Her 2-hour daily train commute offered her ample time to continue indulging in her bibliophilia and to build a love for audiobooks.
Rinn started at Findaway in analytics, but her keen ear and passion for audiobooks quickly came to define her career. Her talents were concentrated on narrator casting and full audio production, which lead to her current role on the Audioworks team.
Rinn loves sheep. Loves ‘em, everything about them. It’s weird, but her colleagues are generally polite enough not to overtly judge her.
